Tico ® Anti-Vibration Materials

In response to demand from local industry, Martins Rubber Co Ltd have added the world-renowned TICO anti-vibration pads to their range of products. The 'TICO' brand has been a leader in the field of machinery mounting and anti-vibration products for over 40 years. It is sold into a vast range of applications and has proven reliable and long-lived in service.

TICO S/PA is a tough and resilient bonded mixture of synthetic elastomers and cork particles, with a high coefficient of friction. It is the most popular resilient pad for mounting general plant and machinery, and is compatible with all types of machine feet, cast skirts, or flat bases. In addition, collars and washers are available in order to isolate holding-down bolts. Typical applications include lathes, pillar drills, saws, power presses, guillotines, compressors, pumps, air conditioning & air-handling units and refrigeration plant.

We stock 'TICO S' pads 1200mm long in 6mm and 12mm thickness in various widths up to 1200mm square, with other sizes from 0.75 to 25mm thick available next day. Other grades of 'TICO' include a low-frequency version for improved isolation from large plant vibration, and 'Adjustamounts' for precise levelling of free standing equipment.
