Conversion Division

The conversion division produces and supplies a huge range of punched, cut, extruded, sheet and fabricated products in both rubber and a variety Complex shapes for gaskets and other applications, showing production capabilty and bright colours of non rubber materials (Cork Paper Asbestos Free ). We have a dedicated manufacturing facility which includes toolmaking, clicker presses, cutting machines, many jigs for vulcanising and hand fabrications.

This facilty is complemented by extensive stocks of materials in sheet and roll form allowing us to offer very fast deliveries on finished products and same day despatch on full or part rolls. We keep a large range of flooring materials including rubber, electrical insulating and livestock matting. we also stock an extensive range of extrusions for applications as diverse as fenders to glazing sections.

In our fabrication division we can build anything from a a one off gasket to large dock gate seals. We offer a roller reconditioning service. We are main agents for Dunlop® adhesives.

Our specialist marine products include mast-coats and Aqualastic® diesel exhaust silencers.
