Although we do not supply the high-volume automotive market, we have a wealth of experience in the niche prestige and luxury automotive markets, supplying parts for engines and gearboxes, interiors and prototyping. We also supply specialist commercial vehicle finishers in the bus and truck market with a range of products for commercial and industrial vehicles.

We manufacture and supply interior furnishings into prestige vehicles in the way of cushioned armrests, centre consoles and door trim; these are largely polyurethane moulded foam parts with integral skin for protection, bonded onto plastic or metal substrates. 

We work closely with Ricardo Vehicle Engineering and have produced parts on their behalf for a wide range of vehicles and projects, including the Bugatti Veyron and Military specification vehicles.

At development stage, engineers and designers will work with us to design and develop parts through prototype stage, produce modifications following testing and wind tunnel work, and offer solutions for improved efficiency and aerodynamics.

Common products supplied into the mechanical and engineering side of the industry include gearbox and suspension seals, grommets, gaitors, AV mounts, fuel bladders and fuel hatch gaskets, damping pads and connector seals. 

We also work with a variety of customers involved in restoration projects, who can no longer source parts from the original manufacturers through obsolescence and therefore come to us to have bespoke replica parts made.  This can be done either from a sample of the old part, which we will test and find an alternative material for, or using a drawing if available, or even reverse engineering through a study of the application.  Some of our vintage customers include Dyers International, for whom we manufacture seal kits, bonded bushes and other products for vehicles such as Rolls Royce; Lagonda Club Ltd purchase moulded starter drives and a variety of gaskets for vintage vehicles.
