Sealing solutions in rubber, engineering plastics and gasket materials.

We provide a range of fluid sealing solutions for industrial and manufacturing applications, and have the facilities on site to manufacture bespoke moulded and turned seals; this allows our customers the benefit of a very broad range of materials and manufacturing techniques, as well as the option to prototype a seal by machining it in a particular material, and then taking it to a moulded option once proven.

We hold stocks of billet materials, which allow us to machine a dynamic or static seal to a standard or special profile in a very short lead-time.  We also hold stocks of o-rings and o-ring cord (in both solid and sponge).

We sell both via third party seals distributors around the UK who in turn feed the Oil & Gas, mining, energy and electrical markets, as well as direct to end users across a range of industries.

As well as turned seals in rubbers and plastics, we can also supply punched gaskets in foam, solid rubber sheet material, cork and paper.  We can also supply sheet or strips of rubber and open- or closed-cell foam, adhesive backing or shapes hand-cut to specification.  We offer specialised materials such as EMC and RAM for the aerospace and electronics industries, WRAS approved materials for the utilities markets and high-spec materials such as KalrezÒ, perfluoroelastomer and bespoke compounds.

As a result of our experience in hydraulic and pneumatic seal manufacture, we have built up a range of hammer and excavator seal kits across a range of brands, which we now pick, pack and label, and sell via a global network of distributors.  Further details can be found on www.mr-seals.com.
