Rubber Moulding Manufacturing

Our rubber moulding division produces a wide variety of items in almost the entire range of elastomeric thermoset materials. With production facilties including a range of injection moulding machines, over 20 Transfer and compression moulding machines we are able to produce items in a range from a fraction of a gram to 1 kg. We manufacture all the usual industrial rubber items but also offer highly technical Rubber to Metal Bonding, custom and prototyping mouldings.

We manufacture all our own tooling using CAD/CAM and are able to work together with our customers on the design and production of tooling. We have inhouse cryogenic deflashing and massive range of standard tools for coupling rubbers,std bushes, bellows, o-rings and seals.

We offer all common compounds including Neoprene^®, Viton^®, Nitrile, Natural & Silcone along with high performance Hydogenated Nitrile & Aflas^®. We also offer a custom compounding service so that we can cover the complete application spectrum.
