Rubber Moulding Division

Our rubber moulding division produces a wide variety of items in almost the entire range of elastomeric thermoset materials. With production facilities including a range of injection moulding machines, over 20 Transfer and compression moulding machines we are able to produce items in a range from a fraction of a gram to 1 kg. We manufacture a full range of the usual industrial rubber items but also offer highly technical Rubber to Metal Bonding, custom and prototyping mouldings.

All our tooling is manufactured by us inhouse using CAD/CAM and we work closely together with our customers on the design and production process. All trimming and finishing operations are carried out on site to ensure the highest quality levels and supplemented with cryogenic deflashing and other automated techniques. Our long history of manufacturing means that we have a large range of standard mould tools for the cost effective and speedy production of items such as coupling rubbers,std bushes, bellows, o-rings and seals.

We mould in all common rubber compounds including Neoprene^®, Viton^®, Nitrile, Natural & Silicone along with high performance Hydrogenated Nitrile & Aflas^®. We also offer a custom compounding service so that we can cover a complete material spectrum.
