Integral Skinned foams comprise a lightweight variable softness core graduating to a tough elastic skin - both originating from one foaming operation Integral Skinned Foam Moulded Products
  • This allows a wide design variety especially for items that have curves, irregular shapes and thicknesses.
  • Pigments may be added to make the production coloured articles more economical.
  • Reinforcing elements such as metal or wood can be inserted into the mould and surrounded with foam.
  • The combination of flexibilty with a highly robust decorative surface makes integral skinned foams ideal for armrests headrests and buffers.
