Low density rigid foam is a lightweight material especially suitable for the structural reinforcement of vacuum formed panels and mouldings. Low Density Foam Moulded Products
  • High rigidity and low weight make these materials an excellent choice for core materials.
  • Cost effective tooling makes rigid foam a very economical method of producing preformed moulded parts.
  • Reinforcements and inserts for screw fastenings can be incorporated at the moulding stage.
  • Applications include in-filling of cavities, structural reinforcement, add buoyancy, architectural or simulated plaster decorations and insulation.
