Case Insert Products
Martin's Rubber has supplied foam rubber articles, including protective inserts for transit and packing case contents, over many years. Our expertise covers both custom and standard installations, in a wide range of materials and constructions to suit every application.
The materials employed have developed from the traditional non-silver-staining natural foam rubbers, to include cross-linked polyethylene foams with a wide variety of densities and properties.
Our range of traditional items such as rubber strips, pads and gaskets for protection are now augmented by CNC-machined tool and product trays made from expanded plastic foams such as plastazote® and evazote®. These are designed to custom-fit in bespoke flight cases, transit or storage containers. These products can be manufactured in almost any shape or size.
Our technical staff are always available to discuss individual challenges faced by our customers, and our long manufacturing experience and range of facilities mean we are ideally placed to solve most problems.
