Foam Rubber sheet products

Martin's Rubber has supplied rubber sheeting products, including foam rubber, for many years in both custom and standard installations, and in a wide range of materials to suit every application.

We carry large stocks of foam rubber materials, from the traditional expanded natural rubber grades through to high specification synthetic rubbers such as Viton^® and silicone. We can supply foam rubber in many forms, for example as gaskets, strips, rubber extrusions, polyurethane foam mouldings, and with various grades of self adhesive backing applied if required. With a wide range of materials available from stock, we can provide part or full rolls of material for immediate despatch. We can also rapidly manufacture custom sizes or special materials for specific applications. Our foam rubber products are used in a multitude of applications across industries such as marine, aerospace, engineering, automotive, retail, leisure, construction and transportation.

With production, stockholding and fabrication facilities enabling the supply of either bespoke or standard parts, we maintain sufficient capacity and expertise to offer very short lead times where the customer requires exceptional service. Meanwhile, our planning systems ensure we maintain a consistent workflow to deliver high levels of Delivery Schedule Achievement across our vast range of products and customers.

This flexibility and control is made possible by our in-house facilities for manufacture, finishing and packing, all of which contribute to the exceptional service that we provide.

We supply foam rubber in all of the common polymers, in a range of materials and finishes, and with specialist grades to confer properties such as high wear, high temperature or extreme weather resistance. There are very few applications that cannot be fulfilled with our range of foam rubber. Suitable adhesives or self-adhesive backings can be supplied to complement the product and application in question. Our technical staff are always available to discuss any challenges faced by our customers, and our long experience as rubber manufacturers and the range of our facilities mean we are ideally placed to solve most problems.
