Martin’s Rubber has supplied rubber gaskets and shims for many years, for both custom parts and standard patterns such as ANSI pipe flanges, in a wide range of materials to suit every application.
We carry large stocks of materials and, because we have a wide range of cutters for items such as washers or pipe flange gaskets, we can provide parts for immediate despatch. We can also manufacture bespoke rule forms for gasket cutting in a matter of 24 hours, for use with special materials or for specific applications. Our rubber gaskets are used in a multitude of applications, across industries such as marine, aerospace, engineering, automotive, retail, leisure, construction and transportation. We can fabricate extremely large gaskets for products such as tank seals, bunker lids, glazing seals, containers and enclosures.
With production, stockholding and fabrication facilities enabling the supply of either bespoke or standard parts, we maintain sufficient capacity and expertise to offer very short lead times where the customer requires exceptional service. Meanwhile, our planning systems ensure we maintain a consistent workflow to deliver high levels of Delivery Schedule Achievement across our vast range of products and customers.
We produce rubber gaskets and shims in all the common polymers, in a range of materials from very soft foam to rigid engineering plastics, in self-adhesive or plain finishes, and with specialist grades to confer properties such as high wear, high temperature or extreme weather resistance. We stock a full range of Cork, Non-Asbestos Fibre, EMI/RFI Sheilded, Insertion and Paper materials, which can be converted into finished parts very rapidly. In conjunction with our rubber moulding facilities, we can also manufacture special sheeting grades to provide a bespoke material should it be required. There are very few applications that cannot be fulfilled with our range of rubber gaskets. Our technical staff are always available to discuss any challenges faced by our customers, and our long experience as rubber manufacturers and the range of our facilities mean we are ideally placed to solve most problems.
