Organisation Structure

Martin’s Rubber is a family-run business with two Directors actively in post; the Operations Director, Adam Hooper, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company, while Paul Hooper, Projects Director, is tasked with managing the group’s assets and any major business or infrastructure projects.

The Operations Team manages the trading activities of the company and comprises the Sales & Trading Manager, Claire Clarke, and Quality & Systems Manager, David Glover; between them, they are responsible for the effective running of the business to ensure that our standards for lead times, quality, and service are maintained and improved upon.  Each of the Operations Team members has a team of staff who work to fulfil these aims, with supervisors overseeing the various production, sales or supply cells. Specific lines of communication, both formal and informal throughout the Company, facilitate efficient working practices.

The company has developed clear and efficient processes to ensure that all facets of the business, including customer liaison, scheduling, purchasing, technical support and design, are handled consistently to give full support to our customers.

As an SME, the Directors of the company and the members of  Operations Team are very hands-on, and many of our customers will know us well as individuals. The company aims to ensure an efficient and professional experience for our customers in line with our Mission Statement, and we believe that the organisational structure in place supports this aim.
