Whilst you may come to us with a unique set of skills, we want you to immerse yourself in what we do, so all new team members get an induction which includes time with each department to learn how the business works and where you fit in.

Vocational and academic training are great options if you are keen to learn and want to develop your career with us. Examples of programmes we have supported include:

  • specialist materials training
  • engineering qualifications

Personal benefits

We know how important it is to have fun at work as well as working hard, so (pandemics allowing) we get the whole company together each summer for a family BBQ and celebrate Christmas with a slap-up meal at a local restaurant. Many of our staff socialise outside of work regularly, but that’s not compulsory! Long-term health is important to us and we offer free gym membership to all our employees.
