We work closely with designers, engineers and manufacturers in the niche prestige and luxury automotive markets, supplying parts for engines and gearboxes, interiors and prototyping.

We also supply specialist commercial vehicle finishers in the bus and truck market with a range of products for commercial and industrial vehicles.

Tool design

We provide high-performance solutions for the following: 

  • Materials expertise and development for extreme environments and niche applications
  • FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for scenario testing prior to manufacture of parts or prototypes
  • Scheduling software that enables us to build to project deadlines or to feed a production requirement or spares programme
  • Bonding of rubbers to engineering plastics, metals and composites to provide the most effective materials solutions
  • In-house tooling to enable on-site tool adjustments for better control and efficiency during development

Our services include the development of parts in collaboration with our customers, prior to them handing over the final design to high-volume manufacturers.

Engineers and designers work with us to develop parts through prototype stage, produce modifications following testing and wind tunnel work, and offer solutions for improved efficiency and aerodynamics.

We have worked with Ricardo Vehicle Engineering and have produced parts on their behalf for a wide range of vehicles and projects, including the Bugatti Veyron and Military specification vehicles.

We also manufacture and supply low-medium volume parts into specialist and niche vehicle manufacturers – including energy recovery systems and powertrain technologies. Common products supplied into the mechanical and engineering side of the industry include gearbox and suspension seals, grommets, gaitors, AV mounts, fuel bladders and fuel hatch gaskets, damping pads and connector seals.

We can offer a unique service for restoration projects, where parts can no longer be sourced from the original manufacturers through obsolescence and therefore the only option is to have bespoke replica parts made. This can be done either from a sample of the old part, which we will test and find an alternative material for, or using a drawing if available, or even reverse engineering through a study of the application.
